ABOUT EMPIRE

My name is Shannon and I'm an Online Coach and Personal Trainer. And I am the Founder and Head Coach here at Empire Coaching Team.

No journey is linear and neither was our journey to where we are today.

My Coaching journey started with co-creating Real Strong Women (RSW) back in March 2020 when C*vid reached New Zealand and I was full-time Personal Training. It's safe to say once I began Coaching women, I never looked back and I've slowly moved away from Personal Training and have been full time Coaching since I started.

RSW eventually split in March 2021 and this was when Coached By Shan was born - as I was a solo team at this point. But I knew I wanted to grow and expand the team. Therefore, the final re-brand to Empire Coaching Team launched in March 2023 (you could say March is my month of having a business refresh).

Team Empire now has TWO Coaches - myself (located in Auckland NZ) and the wonderful Ally Horsburgh (located in Gold Coast AUS) - and we plan to continue expanding into the future!
