Isn't Spring such a beautiful season?!
A great time to reset, renew and refresh your way into the warmer months.
HERE ARE SOME OF OUR FAVOURITE WAYS TO SPRING CLEAN YOUR LIFE - DURING SPRING TIME OR ANY TIME.

TECH CLEANOUT
Time for that digital detox and clean out!
UNSUBSCRIBE from emails you don't need.
CLEAN UP your desktop and files.
DELETE any apps you don't use.
You can go as far as deleting unwanted images from your camera roll and make space on your device. Or updating software and responding to all messages and emails that have been on the back burner.

BEAUTY CLEANOUT
Most of us can admit we are probably overdue for a beauty clean-out. It's so important to keep on top of and can encourage healthier skin and hair.
- Beauty Brushes, Sponges and tools
- Hair removal from hair brush
- Throw away/replace out of date or stale makeup
- Clean mirror and beauty space
- Give yourself a new razor, toothbrush head, etc
- Even a fresh bathroom towel
Such a great feeling it will be when you next get ready!

FRIENDSHIP CLEANOUT
It can be extremely beneficial and healthy (especially on your mindset) to re-evaluate your friendships from time to time. It could appear to be going great but when you step back and take a closer look you see how much you're feeling drained, unhappy, self-conscious, etc after seeing them. Or how much they don't support your goals or beliefs.
Life is too short to spend it around people who darken your energy.
Only have time for those who lift you - or accept you the way you are. ALSO - go through your social media friends/followers lists and do a cull. This feels great and you can remove anyone that makes you feel anything less than the incredible babe you are!

MENTAL CLEANOUT
Is there anything you need to get off your chest? Anything on your mind that you need to sort out? This is the time to make it happen! Here's how:
JOURNALLING:
whatever's in your mind, get it out and write it down!
GET THE LITTLE THINGS DONE:
errand been on your mind? (eg: dentist) go and do it!
CONNECT:
Someone you've been thinking about a lot? Get in touch.
MEDITATION:
The King when it comes to clearing your mental space.
HAVE A RANT:
kindly give the person some warning and then unload.
PRACTISE GRATITUDE:
while watching sunrise/sunset is a great time

A REAL SPRING CLEANOUT
OK but seriously - it needs to be done and your home will feel like an entirely new space afterwards. Here's the ultimate spring clean list:
- Change your sheets and bedding covers
- Clean the toilet(s)/shower
- Give the fridge a clean and wipe down (pantry too!)
- Vacuum and mop the floors
- Get on top of the laundry
- Get some fresh air and light into the house
It can seem like a lot of work but it is so nice to have a clean and tidy home. Also, the feeling of self accomplishment is surprisingly more rewarding than you'd think!

DECLUTTER CLEANOUT
Tell me, what is the point in keeping something if you're never going to use it? Let alone look at it! If it sits in the cupboard and is never used or thought of, get rid of it.
Go through your clothing, shoes, accessories and be ruthless. If you don't care about it or use it, it's gone. Someone else will enjoy it more. Same thing with homewares and things you've been holding onto.
It can also be a good time to go through food cupboards and clear them out.
Side note: when I say "get rid of it" I mean recycle, donate, gift, sell, whatever means necessary. The less in landfill the better!
That ONCE A YEAR clean out can be extremely beneficial for performance, your mindset and time efficiency. It does more good thank you think!
