1 English Muffin ⁣

1 Free Range Egg⁣

1 Cheese Slice

2 Rashers of Bacon

1/2 tsp Cooking Oil

Preparation

Cut the English Muffin in half.

In a hot pan, lightly toast the English Muffin. Set aside.

In the same pan, add oil, then place a circular heat-proof mould and crack the egg into it. Creating a round shape for the egg. Break the yolk with a fork so you don't end up with the yolk popping while eating.

While using one section of the pan to cook the egg, use the rest of space to fry the 2 x rashers of bacon.

Once the egg and bacon has been cooked, add the cheese slice to one side of the muffin, then stack the egg and bacon on top and lastly, the other half of the English Muffin. ENJOY!
