Phoebe Colbert
Phoebe joined Team Empire at the start of August (back when we were CBS) and she's blown us away from DAY ONE with how consistent and dedicated she is!
Phoebe still enjoys treats and a social life but makes sure to follow her plan and trust the process. We've completed a shred phase, then a build and then another shred to get to where we are now. Phoebe's been patient and understands that both shreds and builds take time and are worth the effort and challenge. Over the ONE YEAR we've been working together, Phoebe has lost 11.5kg in bodyweight, 9cm off her waist and 7cm off her hips! Absolutely incredible! Just as impressive is the strength Phoebe gained during her BUILD Phase.
160kg Hip Thrusts, 90kg Rack Pulls and 80kg Squats.

Samantha Coleman
More incredible results after two months with CBS! Thanks to commitment to the program and some great muscle building genes - Samantha is looking strong and that glute growth speaks for itself!
Currently her waist is down -2cm and glutes are UP +2cm. Samantha's weight has moved up and down just slightly (by 1kg) but currently she's sitting at the SAME weight as she started. Proving how irrelevant the scales can be when measuring success. The scales say no change but her physique tells a different story!
Awesome work Samantha - let's keep working together and see what more we can achieve!

Shannon Porter (Coach)
I thought it might be helpful or insightful to share my own progression and journey. My journey started wayyy back in 2006 when I was 16 and started looking at my body differently after comments were made on it. So I started at the gym - because I hated myself. My journey started as one of self love but became so much more than that. Being 32 this year, I can say that I've been in love with fitness for HALF of my life - and during that time it has got me through depression, eating disorders, break ups and helps me manage anxiety daily. Because I had now experienced firsthand the benefits of fitness and how it saved my life - I knew I could help others see this too. All I want in life is to give women the tools to prove to themselves that they CAN DO ANYTHING and can be anyone they want to be. That's why I am here and that is why I do what I do. There is nothing else.

Jaime Redmond
Jaime won my first ever giveaway with RSW when I started coaching. After her initial 12 weeks, she continued coaching with me for another few blocks. And trained with me in the gym! Jaime built strength, muscle and confidence - even taking part in one of the RSW Goddess photoshoots! This physical transformation was created with dedication and consistency!

July 2020 - June 2022
Ella Redmond
Yes, she's Jaime's sister! Dedication runs in the family because both of these girls ran at their goals with tunnel vision - and nailed it! Ella has done many coaching blocks with me now and also trains with me in the gym twice a week. Ella was only 19 when she started coaching with me and is growing into such an incredible, strong young woman. So proud!

Esther Pinnell
Esther was the winner of my first ever CBS giveaway. I selected her to win because she's a busy mother of two that didn't spend enough time on herself. Because of this, we only programmed home workouts and all of this progress was made at home! After the challenge finished, Esther told me that she was confident enough now to join a gym and that the program changed her life.

Mikayla Thompson
Mikayla and I have been working together for awhile now and she has simply blown me away with each day! Mikayla hasn't trained with me in the gym before and has built her gym-confidence solo! Including building her strength in hip thrusts and heavy compound lifts. And look at that bod!

Ella Tobin
Ella Tobin has grown so much with CBS - and not just her glutes! Joining me when she was only 18, we have completed transformed Ella's physique and mindset. Coming from a solid dancing background, fitness and mobility was already there so we worked on building shape and size. Which has clearly been a successful process!

Jennifer Dixon
Jennifer has had an incredible journey. We've smashed through over a year of coaching and training twice a week in the gym together and it shows! Jennie has been through personal changes during this time and when life gets in the way, she doesn't give up. It's been great to watch Jennie become so physically and mentally strong.

January 2022 - September 2022
Renee Holly
Renee joined CBS back in 2020 for 1:1 Coaching and we made some incredible progress and an awesome transformation. Then she flew solo on her own as she had learnt the fundamentals and created the transformation that she wanted. Mission complete!
Come January 2022, Renee needed some guidance finding her way back her super fit-self and level up from that too! So we're back together, this time completing 8 week challenges - back to back (with healthy delaods where required) and making incredible progress all over again!! This picture is January 2022 to September 2022 - we've dropped 7kg in bodyweight, 10cm off her waist and 9cm to her hips! The best part is how great she feels mentally and how much her confidence has boosted. We're about to start another challenge (as of September 2022) and still smashing it together!

This is a 12 week prep for a physique photoshoot!
Paige started 1:1 Coaching with CBS and immediately took up the opportunity to be a part of a CBS Team Photoshoot - which was only 12 weeks away. That almost never happens so was awesome to have someone jump in and be so keen on pushing herself to trying something out of her comfort zone. And this was her first photoshoot EVER. She absolutely killed it and we're currently working towards our SECOND photoshoot which is on track for November 2022.
Paige is proof that you can have results quickly if you stay adherent to the program and are consistent with your coach and your plan. IT CAN BE DONE!
